Note Before We Begin: If you are just joining us — welcome! I am Tracey, founder of Luna Sage Letters, and I recently created a free 7-day wellness reset for women who are stressed, overwhelmed and running on empty. And then I decided to do it myself and share every honest moment with you. No filters, no perfection — just the real experience of a real woman trying to come back to herself. Catch up on Day 1 right here 👉 [link to Day 1 post] and grab your free reset below to follow along with me! 🌙

Dear Lovely Soul,

I am going to be completely honest with you about Day 2 — because that is the whole point of doing this together.

Day 2 of the Luna Sage Reset is about hydrating and nourishing your body. Simple enough, right?

Except Day 2 was harder than Day 1. And I did not see that coming.

Here is what actually happened.

I normally drink enough water. It is one of those habits I feel pretty good about. So going into Day 2 I thought — this one will be easy. I have got this.

And then life happened.

The day got busy and exhausting before it even really started. I was stressed and scattered from the moment I woke up. And somewhere in the middle of all of that I forgot to drink enough water. Not completely — I took some sips here and there — but nowhere near enough.

By mid afternoon my body was sending me every signal it had.

Brain fog. A dull headache sitting right behind my eyes. Irritability that had no real reason behind it. That heavy, flat feeling that makes everything feel harder than it needs to be.

And the honest truth? I knew exactly what was causing it. I just hadn't made the time to do anything about it.

When it came to nourishing myself on Day 2 I grabbed whatever was convenient. No beautiful nourishing meal. No thoughtful choices. Just whatever was closest and quickest because I was too tired to think about it.

And here is what I want you to know about that — it is okay.

Nourishing yourself is genuinely harder on exhausting days. Self care is often the first thing to go when life gets busy. Convenience wins when you are tired and that is not a failure — that is just being human.

But here is what Day 2 taught me that I am carrying forward:

🌙 Awareness is the first step to change 🌙 Small sips count — every little bit matters 🌙 An imperfect reset is still a reset 🌙 Your body will always tell you what it needs — listen

So what am I doing differently? Starting tomorrow morning with at least a few sips of water — if not a full glass — before anything else. Just that one small act to keep hydration in the forefront of my mind before the busyness of the day takes over.

Because wellness is not about being perfect. It is about awareness. It is about noticing what your body is telling you even on the days when you do not quite manage to listen in time.

Day 2 was imperfect. And it taught me more than a perfect day ever could.

If you are doing the reset alongside me and your Day 2 did not go to plan either — I see you. Give yourself grace and keep going. That is exactly what we are here for.

Come back tomorrow for Day 3 — I promise it gets more interesting! 🌙

With much care,

Tracey

Until Next Week: Thank you for being here and for trusting me with a little corner of your week. Day 2 was imperfect and real and I hope it reminded you that wellness does not have to be perfect to count. Day 3 is coming and honestly — it surprised me in ways I did not expect. Come back and read along as I keep going.

And if you have not grabbed your free Luna Sage Reset yet — it is completely free and waiting for you below.

With much care,

Tracey
